Resto App Hotel is a QR code-based ordering application that allows hotel guests to independently order food, services, or rooms directly from their mobile phones, thereby digitizing restaurant (F&B) and room service operations.
Guests enter their hotel room and find a QR code displayed on a table, wall, or in the room guidebook.
After scanning the QR code, guests are directed to the digital room service menu and can order directly from their mobile phone.
Guests sit at a table in the hotel's restaurant or café and scan the QR code located on their table.
The system automatically identifies the table number. Guests select food or beverages, view the total cost, and send the order directly to the kitchen.
